3 Easy Ways To Keep Yourself Fresh


What is the most important thing in your life? Is it your family, friends, job? If you think deeply, you will get the answer. It’s inarguably you. If you are okay only then you can care for the rest. What are some easy ways to keep yourself fresh so that you are able to provide care, warmth and love to the other equally important things in your life? Why don’t we take care of ourselves as much as we should? It’s because, deep inside our unconscious mind, we think that it is an added burden, an extra responsibility. What we forget is that charity begins at home. If we do not start with keeping ourselves fit, how are we supposed to care for the others? And why would they listen to us? Thus, taking care of ourselves is one of the most important duties we will ever come across.

 

By easy ways to keep yourself fresh, I do not of course mean the big and cumbersome works that are done occasionally (which of course should be done routinely) like annual physical check-ups and going on long vacation, free from every responsibility binding you to the cruel reality. When I say easy, I mean easy. If you observe carefully, there are a lot of daily activities that you can perform, that are literally very easy to carry out and that will make an enormous difference in your life. Following are some easy ways to keep yourself fresh, as you will see, they are indeed surprisingly easy:

 

·        If we start with the morning, take a cup of hot and steaming caffeinated beverage, turn it into a habit. If you are really not that type, then add something to your drink to make it interesting like a little bit of chocolate powder and thus start the day with a blast.

·        When you are going out, it is impossible not to let the sun kiss your bare skin. So, go prepared. Try to wear a sun screen cream that suits your skin. You will get dual benefits. First, you will fight the UV rays and second, your chances of getting headaches due to sunrays will lessen as your skin is shielded with the cream. Do not limit this application to your face only. Apply on any skin exposed to the sun.

·        Always try to carry wet wipes with you.  These will wipe out a lot of stress along with the dust.

·        Always carry a bottle of water. You can add a little sugar or glucose for better result. This water will give you more energy and will fresh you up more than you can imagine; another very easy way to keep yourself fresh.

·        Always carry goggles. Don’t go for cheap ones. After all it’s your eyes that we are talking about. Plus you may carry an umbrella irrespective of weather. There are people who would try to bring out an amusing sense out of this, but don’t really give them importance. If you don’t care for yourself, none will.

·        You will be amazed to know how various fruits and vegetables as well as their peel offs carry a lot of beneficial components for our skin. Next time when you throw out a melon peel, think first. If you apply fruits and peels on your skin, you will retrieve better results than any costly skin softening and apparently caring product containing chemicals (no matter how organic they are in nature). Just rub a little slice of tomato or melon or papaya on your skin and see the difference along with feeling it.

·        Exercise sounds tiring. But in reality, free hand light exercise makes you fresh. You do not have to go for hour-long exercise on heavy equipments. A little walk or 1-2 types of exercises will keep you fresh apart from keeping your body toned.

·        Take showers. If you feel like taking them more than once, do it. The more showers you take the fresher you are. Even if it means only a water-only-no-soap one, it makes your fresher. If you are ill or busy, wipe your body with a wet towel, it’s a very easy way to keep yourself fresh.

·        Sleep properly. Do not over or under sleep. Sleep as much as you should. Proper amount of sleep leaves a fresh feel. Both over and under sleep makes you cranky and want to sleep more.

 

If you abide by these simple rules, you will feel the difference. All of these easy ways to keep yourself fresh will give you, a new you. So, before caring for others care for yourself. You will brighten up and have more enthusiasm to carry out your monotonous life!
