Yes there are shortcut to success both for you and me but it all depends upon on our attitude. The way we look at life defines how quickly we achieve them. But some paths are little easier than others and there lies the secret to success. Yes it does involve lot of hard work too but the tide is more in your favor simply because of its nature. My gut can be yours too provided we see the path to success from same angle.

Sometimes even after doing everything right success never seems to be in sight. We go as per the rules but then things never seem to happen. The reality is that nothing is wrong with either us or with our effort but at times it demands a different approach. The question of ethics or taking an ethical path is not about the approach you take but how you walk the path. You can find plenty of managers to manage the show but leaders are always few. Leadership is all about discovering what next and making it happen while managing is all about taking care of it realizing the efficiencies involved. 5) Adapt Before Seeking a Change- You may be famous or known for your exploits but things change when you are asked to work or lead in a different environment. Some people refuse to adapt to new environment and believe everything is static in this world.
