List Of 7 Human Emotions

Emotions, the word is not at all alien to us and hence the current topic is on list of 7 human emotions. Living our lives every day, experiencing situations, dealing with people teaches us about a number of emotions that the human mind and heart can feel. So many emotions, that we ourselves feel a little confused at times about how much can we feel or  the variety of emotions that can run through us at one single time.

Lets concentrate on the list of 7 human emotions most prominent with most human beings and what they feel like. While we are discussing the 7 human emotions, we will also talk about what emotions results from these.

1.      Anger – Why put this at number one? Don’t you think these days in the world; anger seems to be the most felt from the list of 7 human emotions? For those who don’t know, anger can most of the times affect your health as it is directly connected to the liver. The angrier you feel the more it leads to liver stagnation and the energy thus is transmitted to the mind.

Wonder why after you burst up angry irritated, in foul mood at someone and you get a headache? It is for the same reason of the energy rising from the liver.  It can even cause a high blood pressure problem and affect spleen in a big way. Anger maybe because of someone doing what you dislike, which will soon move to feeling hurt.

Try not to let your control break when something or someone does not agree with you.

2.      Grief – Every emotion felt by someone is directly linked to their body. Grief again like anger is not a preferred human emotion and is hard to shake off. Anger still may pass; grief has a way of just clouding you for as long as you let it do so.

Grief affects the lungs as you may sob and the depth to which you breathe. You will also experience melancholy, anguish, and heartache. While grief over a loved one passing or any such incident is given a mourning period, grief is best shaken off quickly. An important emotion in list of 7 human emotions.

3.      Fear- Do not mistake anxiety for fear. Fear is through and through negative. Anxiety on the other hand may be due to a possible positive reason. Fear is often a result of what you feel weaker of or a situation that you cannot handle. Fear alone can paralyze a person in an experience happening right then or the post trauma can affect the person to any extent.

Psychologists too are needed at times to help the patient come out of their momentary shock registered from the accident or experience. Fear also is linked to kidneys which can result in a child or adult urinating when in fear. An important emotion in list of 7 human emotions.

4.      Love- After all those negative emotions, Love happens to be a strong positive emotion among the list of 7 human emotions. Love is a very powerful emotion yet is looked upon by cynics as a lot of people believe love is not blessed on everyone.

Love denoted by the icon of Heart is connected to the very organ. Insomnia, palpitation, anxiety, agitation, all these are a result of the over excited emotion. When the heart experiences love or a high emotion, do not mistake every time this happens to be a lifelong do until death love.

Age and experience both can teach you a lot but yet if you let it sweep you, you’ll be fly high.

5.      Surprise – Surprise is endearing as its positive most of the time. When not liked or surprised in a negative way it can shift to shock. Surprise is quite the element and is short lived. You will feel maybe breathless, startled, astonished. Often a plus point used among loved ones to gift or for surprise appearance.

6.      Happiness/ Joy- Joy or happiness both which mean pretty much the same are sudden experience when you see a funny thing, hear a funny joke, see something unusual. Happiness and joy also

are a result of something familiar like seeing a loved one after long, on an occasion, or some really good news.

Joy like love can also cause excited emotion. Pleasure results from happiness and joy of an experience and hence even love making is a joyful experience.

7.      Anxiety/ Pensiveness- Last on the list of 7 human emotions is anxiety and pensiveness, not exactly the same but quite similar. Anxiety is the result of over thought, or anticipation or nervousness, while pensiveness is a result of over thought too but over stimulation of intellect. Anxiety due to hyper behavior affects the lungs with heavy breathing and pensiveness affects spleen.

You’re top 7 emotions may not be exactly as same as those on the list of 7 human emotions listed above hence, you can make your list but keeping the probability theory we bet there will be only one or two different.
