Do you appreciate you Boss, well I do and this post is just one of my attempts to appreciate the relationship an employee share with his boss. Writing a poem for you boss is certainly not an easy task especially if you don’t have those artistic abilities. Again the truth is that it is not difficult either. Great Boss deserves an appreciation and respect and a poem is just the right thing to do. So if you have not done it than why not make an attempt today. Before you start to work on it make sure you keep following factors in mind

 

1)     Understand the gist of your poem.

2)     Have a central theme in mind. This can be a thank you, talking about great things etc.

3)     Write down important point you want to highlight eg- he help you to succeed, good listener, promote team work etc.

4)     You need to now combine the closer ones.

5)     Put rhyme in the flow. You can leave rhyme and make it straight but generally it gives a nice shape and voice to you words

6)     It is best to read them out rather then sending through mail

7)     When you read it aloud emphasize on important words.

 

Boss Day is an important occasion and Bosses day poem is just the right thing to deliver in that special day. Below is my attempt, and I am definitely not a poet, where I followed above guidelines. Also I would list some places to get good poems. So either build you own or take from list and be prepared to Rock. Remember nothing can do a magic for you than a well written poem which project your relationship with Boss

 

Bosses Day Poems – Poem for a Great Boss

 

 

This Day is Special and it’s just for you

To tell how much we appreciate you

We cannot tell how happy we are

To have the Boss the way you are

 

We have someone who listens to us

We have someone who guide us through

The Problems could have never been simple

If you have not given us confidence to fight them through

 

You have accepted us the way we are

You have made us perform and make that mark

The joy of success has always prevailed

Because the failure distinctively got nailed

 

 

We are a team and we love to perform

We like to take storm by its horns

We now know how to rock

Because we are lucky to have you as our Boss

 

 

This Day is Special and it’s just for you

To tell how much we appreciate you

We cannot tell how happy we are

To have the Boss the way you are
