How To Feel Alive Again


Today, we all keep so busy in our routine that we hardly get any time to our own self. We are constantly running in the race to cope up with the competitive environment in which we have to survive. We don’t even get the time to take a deep breath to relieve ourselves of some of the stress accumulated stress. We are so busy with running after success that we don’t even think about how to feel alive again. Occasionally, even if we have some spare time, we just waste it in thinking about useless things or doing something tiring, instead of relaxing. We can’t even remember when we was the last time we felt alive. We have bound ourselves in so many unnecessary bonds, that we hardly remember what really make us feel good or really happy.

Feeling alive, means living life to the hilt. Even if you do a small thing that you really enjoy, it boosts your morale and makes you feel refreshed. If you are happier and more enthusiastic in general, you tend to do even your routine work better. Therefore, if we just make some efforts to feel alive again, we can bring joy to every aspect of our lives.

How To Feel Alive Again

We take our past mistakes too seriously. Though our past mistakes are good learning experience, the pain we carry forward from our past is also a burden on us, which leads to unnecessary stress. We should think of only those past events which give us pleasure. In addition we should not worry too much about the future. We should try to live in the present.  Also we need to need to simplify our lives and think seriously about how to feel alive again. You can also try the following things to bring some enthusiasm to your life:

1.      Boost your energy by taking benefits of nature. Take out time from your busy schedule to feel alive again by watching the sunrise and sunset, the serene moon at night and enjoy the endless bounty of nature.  Take morning and evening walks regularly to enjoy the fresh and soothing breeze. This would help you  

2.      Instead of highlighting your problems, think about your blessings: Instead of having a negative attitude towards life, you should try to cultivate a positive attitude. Instead of thinking about the bad things and failures in your life, you should think about your achievements and the good things that happen to you. Try to enjoy the beautiful life, God has given you.

3.      Try to have at least 6 hours sleep. Get to bed on time. Sleep will give you complete rest after all the day’s hectic and tiring activities. If you get adequate shut-eye at night, you will wake up refreshed and rejuvenated in the morning. This is a good way to feel alive again. This will help you keep in good mood throughout the day and help you carry on your routine activities efficiently. 

4.      Spend time with your loved ones: Reserve some time for your loved ones on a regular basis. Plan some fun activities with your family and friends. Keep yourself surrounded with people whom you love and who love you. Try to help them in their problems. Share your happiness with them.

5.      Keep motivating and appreciating yourself: Self motivation is the best motivation. This is actually the best way to feel alive again. Also, appreciate yourself. This will help you to be satisfied with your achievements as well as the gifts God has bestowed on you.   

6.      Take out some special time for your own self: These days, we are so tied up in fulfilling our professional and family responsibilities that we fail to give ourselves any time. If we continue to work like a machine, we are sure to break down at some point. So, it is important you help yourself to feel alive all over again by giving yourself sometime to relax. During this time, you can visit a spa, do some luxury shopping, listen to music, read a novel or magazine or just relax. In short, do whatever you like.

In addition, there are some others things you can do to feel alive again. Enjoying playing with children. Devote some time to your hobbies and interests. Behave like a kid for some time. Forget about your past and future. Try to enjoy your present to the fullest.

Always be kind and help all needy ones. Their satisfaction and happiness will give you priceless and invaluable happiness. Share your love with all. Get appreciation and attention from others by spending your time and efforts by going out of way for them. Remove your emptiness by filling it with their love and affection. Finally only you know best, how to feel alive again.
