How To Stay Tuned With Yourself
Life has never been so fast and it would get worse from here. We live with decisions that we take today because we own them. Human being has never accepted and will never accept their fallacies just because of the normal belief that they can never go wrong. But we commit mistakes and go wrong more often then ever. The essence of the life is to move on and learn from our mistakes. But this is clearly a reactive approach where we wait for things to happen to us even when we know that they could have been avoided even at the first place. It is more like tuning yourself in every time things go wrong with the hope that everything would be fine in future.
We have time for everything in life. This includes the time we waste in trivial things which hold little significance in our lives. Life comes so naturally to us that we don’t mind pushing ourselves from one comfort zone to other. This is the reason we resist change in our lives even if it means taking 5 to 10 minutes from our busy schedule and doing something which has long lasting impact on the things and decisions we take in our lives. It is the attitude that matters and if the attitude is to make everyday better than yesterday and decisions more robust than our last decision then all you need is to tune in with yourself and make little adjustments before you start to take the next challenges in your life.

In all this activity what we miss is the confidence that we are right and our decisions are well thought through. And this needs to be changed.
What we need is a proactive approach in our life to foresee what is coming to us. And we have that power with us.

2) Take time to think before you take any decision
3) Take time to think on things that matter

2) To think and connect with things that happens in their everyday life.
3) To think about important decisions that really matter
And all it requires is 5 minutes of your precisions time. Yes
1) You just need 5 minutes to connect to yourself
2) You just need 5 minutes to talk to yourself
3) You just need 5 minutes to do a little assessment.
And it works. It works more like a 80-20 rule. The 20% of time you spent on thinking would influence 80% of your decisions that really matter. And the truth is that it is not even 20% of your time, it is just 5 minutes.
Take Out the Time to Think. Place out the call to yourself.
