Everybody likes to win; no one wants to be a loser. This remains true even in case of argument. People go to extreme to prove their point of view and loss is something which is never acceptable. Let’s debug this a little more and then see what is the best way to win any argument

Take an example- What if your Boss don’t agree with you. You go through rounds of discussion and result is nothing but a knot. What you would do, go for another round of discussion or close it once and for all in your favor. Well, to close it all you need to do is to agree with your boss and when he stops being defensive you need to push your point of view politely. You Boss would be left with no other option than to agree with you.

 

 

It is a human nature. No one likes to lose but people don’t mind winning with others. All you need to do is to exploit this trait.
