2. Head over heels in love. Love is such a wonderful feeling it cannot possibly be a part of the same list of feeling filled with that sort of toxic emotions which drain mankind. Well, it really depends on what kind of love it is for far too many romantic relationships have something deeply troubling at their core. Intoxication with someone can lead to constant stalking, hieratic sleeping and eating and a tendency to over dramatize. It can also side track you and lose sight of all other interests which might hurt your career.
3. Carnal lust. It is the sin and the most pleasurable act known to man. The thing is that it is one element in the list of feelings that may be degrading for the possessor, which might indicate a higher level of promiscuity. This in itself is not so immoral, but engaging in sexual acts without any sort of feeling does live one feeling empty inside that is why senseless bestial love is a part of this list.
4. Social disgust. There is a moment in anybody’s life when he or she becomes sick and tired to be a part of this society. The direct consequence is that the individual starts rejecting it by not taking part in any of its events. No matter what the reasons are and how much you think they are just, if you are going to isolate yourself for a while (unless you have a struggling artists’ soul, you won’t be able to keep it up) make sure you don’t offend anybody in the process so that you could return without the fear of being shunned out or ostracized.
5. Yellow with jealousy. This is an item in our list of feelings which is highly connected to carnal lust. Because only that kind of strong desire can unleash this unhealthy aftermath. Jealousy is best controlled by trying not to be blinded by the things you might exaggerate or imagine and face the simple facts. You must keep strong hold of those bad emotions and know that the crazier they get, the sillier they truly are.
6. The evil eye of envy. Each one of us felt envy at some point in our lives. It’s wanting something someone else has, be it a possession, a relationship or a character trait. This want may consume you and sidetrack you away from your aspirations. To cure it or take a firm grip on it you need to realize that you are in a league of your own where no comparisons are required to define your own individuality.
7. Self-destruction. This is the demolition man of bad emotions; it is positively like toxic waste. Self destruction generally begins when things have pilled up and you have had too much on your plate for a while. The key is to find resources to relax, take some time for yourself to pause.
8. A sea of sadness. Sadness is not a damaging emotion but it leads to a grave state of mind called depression which is definitely bad for you. Among the symptoms of depression is having troubles sleeping and losing all appetite. Your permanent state might be that of a monosyllabic downer monster. To avoid getting depressed after a normal period of sadness or sorrow, try going out with friends or practicing other leisure activities.
