Love In The Bible

One of the best love preaching books is unbeatably the bible. Love in the bible is holy, divine and eternal. Like all other religious books, the bible presents love in its purest form. Love in the bible is love truly divine. The various love quotes depicted in the bible express love in a candid form. Following are some quotes from the bible regarding love that would make it easier to comprehend the message and meaning of true love:

©      Love is patient, love is kind: this quotation on love in the bible tells us that love teaches us to have patience; love teaches us to be kind. If our love, no matter who that is for, we should learn to be patient and to be kind enough, and wait for our true love to pay back, to reward us in the end. We should learn to become patient and wait for our love to help us in the end; we need to be kind to be loved in return. This is why this quote is eternal.

©      It does not envy: the bible teaches us to not being envious; one of the seven deadly sins who just oppose the teachings of the bible. The bible teaches us not to envy anyone. Like any other book teaching us to differentiate the good deeds from the bad, the bible also tries to take us away from envy. Being envious can never do anyone any good- is what we learn. Envy can be the root of destruction. And love in the bible just goes against that.

©      Two are better than one: the bible teaches us a very love-bind teaching; two create a wonderful synergy. One, with independent self, is beautiful, two is divine. The power of one is inevitable, but the synergy two create together, is even better. If you are on your own and can look after yourself, it’s fine. But nothing beats being together. When the two of you are together in love, nothing is more wonderful than that. Only the luckiest people in the world fall in love. And only do they feel what it means to be in love that is so true, so divine. If you two are together, then congratulations! You have done it. But if you are single, not necessarily alone, then you are missing out on one of the greatest experiences, in my opinion, the best experience of your life.

©      Let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth: love in the bible is not about infatuation or physical attractions. But it talks about real love; love that comes with no conditions, love that does not require in return, love that is above looks, ages, status, money and so on, love that is not materialistic. The bible has taught us to love not because of some added advantage, neither has it taught us to show love apparently for someone when we do not have that in the first place. As a matter of fact, the love in the bible is about sacrificing for the other, no matter how much it hurts; to let g of our comforts to make the loved one comfortable, and to all these without any sort of expectations in return.

©      There is no fear in love, but perfect love casteth out fear: love, if it is true in nature, makes us fearless. We are ready to face the world with the confidence that love strengthens us with. Some of us do fear of losing the love in our lives, but in the end, if we are confident enough, our love does not let us down.

©      I will never fail you or forsake you: love in the bible invigorates us. We are ready to take any risk to make our loved ones proud, to lift them up. We can go to any extent for doing so. We always try our level best in order to help the loved ones in needs and in deeds, we try never to fail them, neither do we want to forsake them. This, by blessing, is the strength bestowed upon us by the power of love.

©      This is my beloved and this is my friend: this is one great thing that love in the bible teaches us. In order to find and keep on living true love, we have to find a friend in the person we decide to spend the rest of our lives with. A person who is both in a the form of a friend as well as a loved one, will be the most understanding, caring, there will be left very little room for misunderstandings.

So, love in the bible teaches the true meaning associated with love. Apart from remembering them, we must practice them regularly in order to keep our love fresh, forever.
