People find it very hard to focus their energy in an efficient in order to get the most out of their work. ·        Stick to the schedule you made for yourself. I have found that very few people actually manage to stick to schedule they set for themselves. This happens because people are usually to optimistic, they don’t take into account the fact that it’s very important to consider breaks within a schedule. They just write work for 6 hours for example and then they found out that they are extremely tired and can’t do the rest of the things they set out to do. It’s much more efficient to do 5 hours of work with 15 minutes of rest between every hour. You will do the job as fast because you can concentrate more easily when you are rested, and you won’t be as tired when you finished. So this is good tip for making a schedule you can stick to.

·        Don’t let people treat you unfairly. This is one of those very important mission statement samples. People with low self-esteem should never stick up for themselves, even when they are clearly not at fault. So, repeating this over and over could help with the lack of confidence. You shouldn’t just accept what people say, but first think about it, and if you find that it is an unfair treatment towards you, stand up for yourself. Don’t be surprised if people treat you with more respect afterwards.

·        Don’t take shortcuts that can negatively influence the finished product. This one of those very important personal mission statements that should be a policy for any self-respecting company. Meeting the deadline with a faulty product because of the lack of time to complete it, should not be an option for anybody who cares for the thing they are doing. You have to meet the quality standards that you have agreed upon with the client by any means.

·        Business practices should leave a small an environmental mark as possible. This is mantra that should be followed by all the managers and executives, of any pollution producing business. The only true impact that can be made in cutting pollution should start with this thought, by anyone in a position able to influence the decisions made by this big companies. 

·        Make time for yourself in order to develop new professional skills. You can be more practical and pragmatic and set a timeline for this like, take at least one class or go to at least one workshop a year that can help you in your carrier.

·        Take on at least 3 new clients this year. This should be a goal you must set for yourself in order to have any chance of climbing up the social letter. Of course the number of new clients depends on the sort of business you are in but the idea is what is important.

·        Make a 10% cut in expenses. A very organized filling system and a close watch on where the money goes can help you take the necessary measures in order to cut costs.

These were just a few personal mission statement samples, and they can prove useful in most situations, but the ones that could help you the most are those made by yourself. You know best what you are capable of doing better than anybody else and what you are not capable. Making your own mission statement shouldn’t take very long, and if you follow the simple rules I have mentioned at the beginning of the article you should do fine. You will be amazed to find out what a big difference a few words can make in your day to day routine, and especially in improving your work efficiency.
