Personality is something that attracts others towards you and in children; this is very important because it is a natural process in them and can be improved if guardians, parents and teachers take care of it. The child stage is the foundation stage and with the support of all the elders, personality development in children can improve up to a great extent. Personality is inherent from parents up to a certain extent. So, parents should also be careful while taking care of their children. The children get also influenced by the surrounding. So, it is also important to provide them a healthy and positive surrounding so that they can grow and develop their personality. Following things should be kept in mind regarding improvement in the personality development in children.

Play an Essential Element- Playing is like a foundation stone in personality development. A child who plays a lot becomes more physically active and his body will get all the moments which are necessary. They will be more flexible and achieve a handsome personality because by playing outdoor games, he will exercise a lot in the form of running, walking, screaming. And while playing with other kids, he can be more extroverts and can be friendlier in his coming future. Playing will also help in developing some good habits like sharing and all which will definitely help in personality development in children.

Socialization- A good personality holder has always an advantage of socialization factor. So, it is always important for parents to look after the kid’s social circle and if he lacks somewhere then guide them eventually in building their personality. Shy people have no place in the open and modern society and this is something which can get improved only in childhood. We cannot improve this thing once a person gets grown up fully. Make your kid to play with different kinds of children and ask them to mix up with other people. Always try to remove their fear and hitch. Always clear their doubts regarding anything and encourage them to share with you and everyone.

Emotions- Childhood is a stage where all emotions starts developing and one must ensure that all emotions should have a proper balance. Many parents love their children so much that they never taught them the feeling of emptiness or how to deal the situation when they do not have their favorite things around them, this should not be done. A child should be able to understand and go through every emotion and should be able to handle them properly. Some children are so moody and demanding. It is because they got such environment. Parents and teachers should always try to provide them such environment where children can be happy and can become adjustable.

Personality development in children is important for the future perspective also. It involves many things other than looks. Children should have an impressive personality so that they can attract other people and could be able to develop the influential factor in them. Despite of these things, other feelings and emotions are also important to understand and balance. Some of those feelings are:

Curiosity – Children should be curious to know everything. This will help them in gaining more and more knowledge.

Affection- It includes love, care and other tender feelings. A child first gets all these feelings from his parents itself and then it gradually develops because of teachers, friends and other family members.

Fear- Fear is definitely not a pleasant or positive emotion. But many children have this emotion and they start crying and screaming because of this. When children get a little bit older then they start locking themselves in a room or keeping the lights on during night hours and do such stuff to stay away from the feeling of fear.

Jealousy- Jealousy is an act of resentment towards others. It develops from the act of discrimination. So, the children should not be discriminated on any basis.

Anger- Personality development in children is important and feeling of anger should be in control. Anger mess up everything, and if this negative and unpleasant emotions grows gradually then this can take a form of disaster in the life of your child.

These are some tips on personality development in children. Every parent should keep a balance check on the emotions of their children as this will help them in their future. Personality development is not a one moment task; it needs lots of time to develop. Understand the importance and develop with full attitude.
