7 February 2010 One Comment

When you have set yourself on the journey of excellence you cannot deny the power of positive affirmations for success. Affirmation is a declaration that something is true and you need to make yourself believe in the power of it. Human mind by its very nature gets distracted and demotivated by scores of external factors that hold a potential to deviate person from his goals. A positive affirmation offers a ray of hope to continue with our zeal to achieve the best and drive ourselves continuously on the road of success. The more adept we are in calling out this power, the more successful we become in our journey of life.

Each day throws in front of us new challenges in life. There are invariably two actions that we can take. Either we face them or get shy of them. No one wants to quit and no one wants to be a loser. The difference between the people who quit and the people who go ahead and face tough situation entirely depends upon how they have molded their inner belief to call in the power of affirmation. Each person to start with is weak from inside but it is all a matter of calling in positive affirmations to get the courage in order to face the harsh realities of life.

Lets get down to look more closely at the power of positive affirmation for success and see how it has the potential to change your life forever.

Do You Know how many words we speak on an average on daily basis

1) Some people say they talk less and may not utter above 1000

2) Some people think they would not cross above 5000

3) Some people believe it’s in their blood and 10000 words are normal for them.

The answer is bit different. On an average each one of us speaks around minimum of 30,000 words and

1) Most of the words we say are in our mind

2) Most of the words we say are to ourselves

3) Most of the talking we do is with inner self.

Surprised? Don’t Be

We talk most of the time with our inner self and the conversation in our mind is very natural. It is this conversation that holds the power to decide our success and failure.

If the conversation is in form of positive affirmation

1) It encourage us to take risk

2) It encourages us to achieve more

3) It encourages us to forget pain and face difficulties

On the same note if the conversation is in the form of negative affirmations

1) It prompts to us to quit

2) It discourage us in face of difficulties

3) It makes us run away from every problem in life.

It is all in mind. It is all in the way we talk to ourselves and our inner self. The tone and words of our conversation decides whether we would push our self forward or backward.

Most of the people fail to realize this simple logic and always unconsciously becomes victim of nothing but their own attitude.

You do many things to direct direction of your affirmations towards positive note.

1) You read positive quotes

2) You stick positive posters

3) You listen to positive talks

These are nothing but an attempt to direct you affirmations. Once you have positive affirmations the success is just a step away.

It is important that whenever we talk to ourselves, it should be positive only. Negativity kills our enthusiasm and pushes us towards the failure.
