You need to understand and accept that you had resorted to a bad habit and this is not good for you and your people. It is not life. Make Good Friends - There are always solutions of the problems, if you know where to look for them. Good friends can be the strong foundation of a successful life if you can get a few of them. Likewise there are some good teachers, neighbors, bosses and uncles who are always there to extend help and suggestions if you need them. If you are facing some sort of personal problem and getting it difficult to find a solution yourself, there is nothing wrong in seeking it from others. You will see that the problem no longer exists.
Join A Gym – Yes! If you have not already been doing it, do it now. This can prove to be the very powerful thing to prevent relapse. A healthy mind rests in a healthy mind and they both are required to give you a very strong and confident willpower to thwart any negative temptation or ill will and take control of your own destiny. Sometimes people start consuming alcohol or drinks because they feel feeble in themselves otherwise. But this is not the right way to get power, for sure. Join a gym and make your body strong enough to feel confident and stay strong against all odds, in stead.
Be Your Own Guide – It is a humane mentality that we want to do the things which we deem right for us and we do not want to do things that our mind is not ready to accept. No matter what our teacher, parents or any other source has been trying to persuade us, if we are not convinced, we wouldn’t do it at all. Thus you need to reconcile the situation with yourself and give yourself reasons to acknowledge your real responsibilities towards your family, friends and society and give up these ill traits.
