A business should be maintained ethically in such a way that, both the owner and the share holders are profited by it. It must work in progress to improve the surrounding community and the employers to lead a better life. Thus, a business must be designed to have good social responsibility and ethics. Next part of business is the fair trade, (i.e.) the trades done by the companies must be fair so that it satisfies the dealers and the consumers also. The social responsibility of a business is to satisfy all its users and the   employees. These can be achieved only when social responsibility and ethics are practiced in a proper manner. The rules of the countries should be framed in accordance with Business Company’s welfare and also with other systems concerned with it.

 

Some of the top most business men have been noted stating that that the business is not meant about making profit, but also a mean to do the welfare of the community and its employees, by way of providing employment, avoiding pollution in to the system and avoiding discrimination. So some serious actions are to be taken to obtain an unadulterated socialism.

 

The social responsibility and ethics of a business purely lies in its honesty. The companies must be loyal to its government as well as to the employees. Then only it can be successfully maintained. The owners of the companies must be sure that they are playing by the authorized rules and giving the correct pay for their employees, and then only honesty can be maintained.
