Stay Positive And Be A Happy Person


Positivity in life is a trait that needs to be mastered than acquired by birth. You need constant investment in yourself and your thoughts to stay Positive and Optimistic. Happiness does relate to positivity and goes a long way to help you become a happy person. Happiness is in thoughts, its in our mind that comes out and shows up in many forms. A happy person is always happy no matter what the situation is and it has significant amount of impact on his conduct, actions, health and outlook towards life. It is like releasing the venom inside your mind and giving way to thoughts that makes us nothing but happy.

 

Something’s in our lives are too simple that we fail to recognize them. A day spent while we are happy makes our journey of life much more comfortable than a day that seems like year when we are not happy. People who are happy know how to stay positive and maintain their cool in every situation or event. A happy person is content with what they have without losing the sight of what they want from life.

 

Lets look at the concept of staying positive and how it helps you become a happy person. I would be using simple instances that would give you a clear idea

 

You go out for a movie and if the movie is not good

 

1)     You get upset

2)     You criticize and often spent time talking about negatives

3)     You leave the stuff in between and feel bad about the loss

 

On contrary, there are people who

 

1)     Go out to enjoy

2)     Enjoy no matter what is shown to them

3)     Always finds out a funny side of things to stay happy.

 

The later are the people who know how to stay positive and be happy in life. They are mindful of the fact that mistake has happened but that doesn’t upset them or take the peace of their mind. They know How to be positive and in a way are much happier person.

 

Take Another Example. It is common for many people to

 

1)     Crib about the job and the working environment

2)     Not satisfied with what they are getting and get upset by small events.

3)     Always had problems with their Boss and colleagues

 

On contrary there are people

 

1)     Who know they have limited hours to give their best

2)     Are friendly with everyone and avoid talking bad about others

3)     Look for challenges and ways to resolve them.

 

The later are again the people who are happy by virtue of being positive.

 

Positivity directly relates to happiness and it influences our zeist of being a happy person

 

1)     Our mind if free because we don’t pressurize it to think of bad and heavy things

2)     It is free of venom because we don’t force it to find ugly side of things

3)     The more we think of positive things, the more it makes us happy

 

Try it yourself- Stay positive and think of happy things and you would find much happiness. Think of bad and your whole day would go waste.

 

No matter what is the situation, always try to look at something that is even to a small extent positive. It offers great boost in killing the negatives and eliminating them all together.

 

Happiness is the state of mind and you need to achieve that state. It is a habit that you need to develop for a healthy mind and body. Simple happiness is stored in simple things in life. All that is left out is to discover them and make them part of your daily routine. A happy person is content and successful in every sphere of life especially the mental health and enjoying every life. Be like them, be positive to enjoy life.
