The Full Stop Theory

2 April 2009 No Comment

By the time you finish this article one of your major mental block would be removed. A deep insight into something valuable and unrecognized within you would make you feel better. Full Stop Theory is a term used to derive positive connotations in life and remove the negative past from your life. I would define it with scenarios to help you relate it with yourself and bring the positive vibes in your thoughts and body. We have one life and the journey to success and failure depends upon how we script its each chapter. The content of your life highlighted by each sentence is as important as a beginning or end of a chapter.

What Full Stop Means to You

I asked this question to many people and common response given by them includes

1) End of a Sentence

2) A Dot

3) Way to Begin new sentence

4) Closure

5) End in relationship

6) Period

7) Full

8 ) Halt

9) Shut Up

10) Out of Business

Nothing is wrong here because everything is justified based on interpretation by an individual. We derive the conclusion from our experience and force our thoughts to synchronize our response with it. However from Personal Growth view point the Full Stop Theory can be defined in following manner

What is Full Stop Theory

“The success and failure of the human being in life depends upon how he places the full stop in his life. Full Stop has a supreme power to take all negative feelings like guilt, regret, sorrow, hate, and failure. It has power to arm a person with positive attitude to take all challenges in life. It does not mean an end but continuation of a journey loaded with experiences to script the next part in your life.“

The theory derives its strength from below scenarios

1) All Negative has to End- You need to move on. The moment of truth should be translated into an experience that can be derived into learning of life. Bad experiences help us learn in life and make us more mature. Life is not about sticking to one instance but to process many of those as we pass each day in our life. If you are hurt, have guilt, regret something or have failed miserably than it is not an end of life. The magic lies in getting an experience from it and then moving on in life with strength.

2) A New Beginning Should be Made – A full stop marks a new beginning in life. You need to drain out all pain from bad experiences and should start afresh in life. A full stop gives you an opportunity to craft new script which will help you give a new meaning to life. Life is full of new challenges and you can be better prepared only if you are happy and posses a positive outlook in life.

3) It is a Continuation of Successful Journey- This defines continuation of a success in life. Success is all about taking new challenges in life and scoring a win over them. A full stop marks a period of continuation where you need to take your learning from one level to another. A positive attitude and learning always act as fuel to help you grow and take new challenges in life.

4) A Motivation to Remove a Mental Block- We should never put a full stop and end our zeal to learn in life. You should try new things and should never be afraid to say yes. The moment we say no in life we lose a small opportunity not only to learn but also get success in it. Never shy to talk, to try or to be friends with people. It is important to remove the mental block of No in life and should always be open to take new challenges. You have ability to succeed and even if you don’t the experience would be worth to help you succeed the next time.

I have been benefitted a lot by following this theory. I have derived this theory through my experiences in life, of failure and success, and it motivates me every day to take new challenges. Human Beings have ability to take each situation to their advantage and The Full Stop Theory helps me to keep prepared all the time.
