What Is A True Friend

There is a proverb that tells about the Definition of a True Friend- “A true friend is the person who gets in when others gets out”. He stands throughout like even at the problematic situations. We will have to be gifted to get a true friend who cares a lot. It is very tough to get a true friend. People talk about the value of friendship, without knowing on for what it stands for. A friend is a person to whom you share all your secrets. There will be some personal things that cannot be shared with the parents. Those things can be shared with friends.

Meeting often is termed to be the sign of good friendship. But literally, it is not necessary that true friends will have to meet often in order to validate their friendship. True friendship will remain very constant even if they don’t meet each other. Friendship is based on trust. If one person is in trouble his true friend doesn’t think about anything to help him. He will definitely know that his friend will come to help him. Seeking friends is a greatest achievement of life. Actually there is no necessity to search for a true friend. He always stays around.

If you are headed with a trouble, it is not at all necessary that you will have to call your friend for help. A true friend will always be with you to help you in all aspects. There are certain characteristics of true friendship such as:

· A good friend never expects anything in return

· When there is tears in the friend’s eyes our eyes automatically pours

· True friendship is marked by selflessness

· Trust is necessary

· Friend sacrifices his comfort to help his friend.

· Friend provides maximum security to you.

Friendship always gives everything and takes nothing back. Friendship is considered to be one of the divine relationships in this world. Troubles are the part of life. When troubles increase in life like sun’s heat, friendship is like a tree. Friendship tree grows very fast to surround and protect from the sun’s heat. It always gives a shade. To say the exact fact, friendship is the mutual understanding or mutual relationship that is created without any criteria. To a friend, everything can be shared which cannot be shared with a mother, father, sister or a brother. In some cases father acts as the best friend to the son such that the son is guided throughout his life when there is a sad situation. Father and mother are the one who can give good life, good education etc. But friend is the person who gives everything else what father and mother miss to give. If we are clever enough to choose the right friend in life then see, how life becomes happy throughout.

It can be said that a character of a person can be judged based on the friends he has. If the friends are very perfect, then there will be no doubt that the person will also be a good person. If there are group of friends and in that all the friends are of bad mentality except one, then that guy will also be converted to a bad guy. This is the usual case that happens everywhere. But there are also exceptional cases in which a single friend will bring all the other friends to the right path. So, everything is based on the friends we choose. Honesty and sacrifice is necessary in good friendship. When there comes a problem, everybody will walk away getting afraid about the consequences. But, a true friend will always remain near to face the consequences.

Friend always gives words of motivation to gain strength at right time. When someone discourages, he continuously tells that you are capable and you can do it. He helps in bringing the fire from inside during competition. You can always feel the comfort if your friends are with you. You can always face the world with no fear with the company of a true friend. You have maximum security for whatever you perform. It is always necessary that you will have to sustain the friendship. When you are near, don’t let your friend feel lonely. Actually true friend is not the one who brings you out of the problem. True friend is the one who protects you from getting into problem. If you happen to be caught in the problem, a true friend provides you confidence and faith to face the problem and get success.

Some persons think their wife to be their true friend. Actually they are very much gifted to get such wife. Friend is the person who sacrifices their dream for you or something that is very important in their life. It is necessary that you communicate with your friend very well. Communication always gives strength to face anything. You can send friendship messages to your friend often to keep him in contact. As we see, true friends are not the one who comes to us as true friends. It is in our hands to make them a true friend and stay with them forever.
